              <text>Créée en 2016, la Fondation Paul Duhem est née d’un souci de conservation des productions artistiques de l’atelier dessin fondé en 1990 par Bruno Gérard au Centre pour personnes handicapées La Pommeraie (Beloeil). Cette entreprise inédite a pour objectif d’assurer la pérennisation et la valorisation du travail des artistes qu’elle recueille. Complémentaire aux institutions muséales, elle vise avant tout à être le réceptacle d’œuvres en péril. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L’exposition &lt;em&gt;Trouble pictural&lt;/em&gt; au Colysée de Lambersart (Lille) présente des œuvres graphiques de François Defontaine, Ludivine Flips, Christian Gauthier, Oscar Haus, François Peeters et Thibaut Seigneur, ainsi que des sculptures de Jean-Pol Godart, Jean-Marie Heyligen et Annie Vairon. &lt;br /&gt;A cette occasion, la première publication monographique éditée par la Fondation est consacrée à l’œuvre d'Oscar Haus. C'est dans ce contexte que Thierry Genicot s’est rendu à la Fondation Paul Duhem, à Quevaucamps, où il a rencontré plusieurs artistes et les responsables du projet. Il a également interviewé des opérateurs culturels ayant joué un rôle important concernant l’art « outsider » en Belgique : Carine Fol, Jacky Legge et Xavier Canonne.</text>
